Hello again everyone. This is the final monthly release update for Precision Sports Games for 2022. We've added nine new sets for five different games to the webstore this month.
For Precision Rugby 13s Edition, both of the recent World Cup tournaments are available, and both won by Australia - the 2022 (2021) Men's World Cup for £4.75, with all 16 countries included where Samoa became the first team not from the "Big 3" rugby league nations to make the final in over 50 years, and the 2022 (2021) Women's World Cup for £3, with all 8 countries included as the Aussies again beat New Zealand in the final, albeit after England ran the Kiwis the closest so far to breaking the duopoly in the semi-final.
I've also created the 2022 English Third League for £4.75, which I've done solely to commemorate the arrival of semi-professional rugby league to Cornwall, although Keighley also became only the fourth club in an English tier to go the whole season undefeated. All 11 teams are included with full home and away ratings and team cards, as well as the defensive adjustments for Cup games between leagues as in the Second League set. Whether I continue to do it in future years will depend on mine and as much your interest in it.
For Precision Handball, the recently completed 2022 Women's European Championship set is now out for £4.75. All 16 countries are included at the tournament co-hosted by Slovenia, North Macedonia and Montenegro, and once again won by the queens of women's handball Norway, albeit after being challenged all the way by new rivals Denmark as the teams shared a win each - the latter in the Norwegians favour in the all-important final.
Also now available are both the 2022 Men's Asian Championship for £4.75, which sees all 16 countries included in the tournament held in Saudi Arabia and won again by Qatar and again versus Bahrain, as well as the 2022 Women's Asian Championship for £3, with all 10 countries included in the tournament held in South Korea and won by the hosts over their rivals Japan.
All three sets have all teams rated with full (including scorers) and basic team cards, Quick Score Module ratings and the optional split attack and defence adjustments.
For Precision Rugby 15s Edition, if you want to play out your own international country competition, or just go through the year in world rugby union, now out is the 2022 Nation League set for £4.75. 11 countries are included in the set (Argentina, Australia, England, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Scotland, South Africa, Wales), with full team cards and home and away team ratings and control charts. France went through the year winning all 10 rated Tests.
For Precision Street Basketball, the recently completed 2022 Men's Club World Tour Finals is out now for £3, with all 12 men's clubs who qualified for the tournament held in Abu Dhabi rated.
And for Precision Field Hockey, now available is the Toronto 2015 Pan-Americans set for £3. All eight men's and women's teams are included, rated for the Simplified Play Module version of the game, at the tournament held in Toronto, won in the men's by Argentina and the United States in the women's competition. This set was a request from a customer - if you want to request a set not available yet, or even request to collect data for one, you can post in the forum section here - https://www.precisionsportsgames.com/forum/requests
So that wraps up another year for us at Precision Sports Games. Thanks to all of our customers and readers for their continued support during 2022, including the period of months where no new releases were posted and then our move and reopening on our own website.
We hope you have a happy Christmas or whatever you celebrate this holiday season, have a happy New Year, and hopefully 2023 will be better than 2022 has been.
All the best,
Paul.
