Viewing this website is free to all users, and has no requirement to the user to make any purchase from the Shop ("webstore"/"e-Store") included by viewing its content, interacting within any forums provided, or otherwise sharing any details of content beyond this website, as long as such sharing is not manipulated to the benefit of either the user or a third party, and credit for the content included remains with Precision Sports Games.

Shop
Viewing the Shop ("webstore"/"e-Store") is free to all users, and no purchase from it is mandated by doing so.
All contents within the Shop are issued as 'digital' copies, stored on the webstore, which on successful completion at the Shop's checkout will automatically become available to the customer, both within the webstore's download section and via email (with the link included lasting for 30 days from purchase before expiring), with the account details provided at checkout by the customer. No 'printed' products are available from the Shop, until and unless announced by Precision Sports Games via any or all of its announcement platforms (forum on this website, other online message boards or social media platforms).

As all content is automatically provided to the customer following successful completion of checkout, NO REFUNDS or RETURNS are permitted in the case of mistaken or incorrect purchase.
If an item is missing from the customer's completed purchase or an incorrect item has been stocked, the customer should make Precision Sports Games aware of this at the earliest possible opportunity, either via the provided section on the Precision Sports Games website, the forums on this website or its social media platforms.

All prices shown on the webstore at the time of purchase are FINAL. At the discretion of Precision Sports Games, prices may be altered following the time of purchase, either temporarily during 'sale' periods or permanently. Any price changes made will not penalise a previous purchaser of said product or be used by said purchaser to benefit at a later date. Additionally, coupon codes may be issued by Precision Sports Games at any time, at its own discretion, that allow customers a reduction in cost of either certain or all products currently or additionally added to the Shop during the time period of said sale.

Any content provided is uploaded and offered for sale by Precision Sports Games in the belief that it is correct and complete at its launch. However, due to the possible inevitability of human error during the production of the content, content may need to be updated at a later date. The Precision Sports Games website is free to all to browse as a guest, with no requirement to submit any personal data until and unless a user of the website proceeds through the Shop to process an order.

At any time a user of the website may submit some of their personal data, which includes, but is not limited to, given or forename, surname, address, telephone number and email address, to receive a personal account to both the Shop and our forum, where members can interact with fellow members on Precision Sports Games products and other related topics.

For that reason, the use of any or all of the following on any part of the website, including forum, as well as in private messaging, including email, with any Precision Sports Games appointed or designated representative will lead to the user(s) facing the possibility of penalty:

Commercial and/or copyrighted content the user does not have rights to distribute;

Penalties issued to a user following the breaking of any of the above rules of conduct include, but are not limited to:
the removal of any post on the forum which breaks these rules;
the temporary or permanent revocation of posting privileges for the user's account on the forum;
the removal of any non-essential contact by Precision Sports Games with the user via email or otherwise to only Shop-specific services and enquiries;
the temporary or permanent suspension of the user's account from the whole of the Precision Sports Games website, including Shop and forum.
