This set contains full home and away team ratings and scoring cards for all 15 teams that competed in this season.

Note that this season had quarter lengths of 25 instead of 20 minutes, so that should be used for full play games; we've decided to use the men's quick play chart unaltered at this stage (as at release).

This was one of the tightest seasons in league history, with the top seven clubs separated by only six points, and the top twelve by fourteen points, making it a real goldmine for different outcomes. Essendon won the minor premiership by 1.5% over Carlton, whilst Adelaide and West Coast edged out Geelong on percentage from the final six.

The top two would make it to the Grand Final, with Essendon needing to comeback against Adelaide in the Preliminary Final to make it there, after their Melbourne rivals had beaten them in the Qualifying Final by two points. But the Grand Final was markedly different, as Essendon roared away to 30 point lead at quarter-time, and were never troubled on the way to a 44 point victory that saw them lift the league trophy for a 15th time, and first since 1985.
