This set contains full team cards for all 16 clubs that started the third-level league in England, Wales and for the historic first time, Canada, with each team receiving separate home and away team ratings, as well as individual try scorers and goal kicker ranges. There are also defensive modifiers for Cup matches involving First League and Third League, and Second League and Third League teams separately.

A historic year saw English rugby league add a club in the largest city in Canada, Toronto, and from the start their star-filled team were well too strong for the rest of the clubs. It took until the Championship Stage split for them to lose, at York, and two weeks later drew at Keighley, but they still finished four points clear of Barrow to be immediately promoted to the Second League.

Barrow joined them through the playoffs by defeating Whitehaven, while the Shield was won by Hunslet with victory over London.
