All fourteen teams from the second level of rugby league in England, France and Canada are included, with separate home and away team ratings, along with team cards that include try scorers. Please note some ratings have been estimated due to lack of information, so this set does not include individual kicker ranges. Also included are defensive adjustments and goal kicking range adjustments should you want to play the already released 2019 English League teams with the teams in this set – they are based on Cup matches played between the two leagues in this year.

Following Toronto's promotion to and then withdrawal from the 2020 English League, I've created this set for anyone interested in playing a happier season for the expansion club. Toronto won all but one match in the season, away to Toulouse, but they had to play a surprise package in the Grand Final, as Featherstone won consecutive away matches in the playoffs from fifth position – at Leigh, York and then Toulouse. Toronto however saw off the West Yorkshire club 24-6 to win promotion and give the top level a non-European club for the first time.
