Argentina claimed a double with both the men's and women's finals seeing them defeat Canada, 5-2 in the men's and 5-1 in the women's. In the men's, it was the South Americans' third straight and 10th overall Pan-American championship, whilst in the women's, it saw them end the United States' two-straight titles, for their 7th overall instead. The USA claimed the bronze in both tournaments, again playing and beating the same opponent in both the men's and women's third-place matches, Chile.
