This set was requested by one of our customers.
 
This set contains all 12 clubs in the second-level competition in England (and Jersey) with separate home and away team ratings, and team cards including try scorers and individual goal kicker ranges, as well as control charts for both home-and-away and neutral venue matches.
 
Also included are adjustments if you want to play matches between the First and Second League teams. These are based on the cup competition played during the season, and team ratings for this competition and corresponding control charts (no team cards) are also available in a separate file. Bear in mind that most of the First League clubs played secondary lineups in the cup competition, which might misrepresent the true differences between each league.
 
As Jersey sadly withdrew due to an investor pulling out before the season began, if you want to include them anyway, estimated home and away ratings based off their three cup matches played before the club closed are included, along with a team card based on scorers in those matches (with added try scorers based on 2022-23 season tries for players who played in those matches).
 
With defending champions Jersey no more, Ealing returned to the top of the second level, although lost four times in finishing seven points ahead of Cornish, with Coventry third. Newly promoted Cambridge finished last with just two wins, but with Jersey's withdrawl, no clubs were relegated.
