This set contains all eight men's and eight women's teams that competed in the tournament held in Santiago, with full team cards, team ratings lists, and points scorer cards (maximum of 13 players included).

Both competitions were devalued somewhat with both the United States and Canada choosing not to take up their place in the women's and men's competition respectively.

The men's tournament saw both defending champions Argentina and Brazil make it to the final with four wins from four, but it was the Brazilians who took their first title since 2011 to end two straight for their big rivals, with a dominant straight sets win. There was a new team on the podium with Colombia claiming their first ever medal, winning two long advantage sets on the way to a 3-1 win over Cuba.

In the women's, Dominican Republic claimed back-to-back golds in another straight sets win between two 4-0 nations, against Brazil. For Mexico though, it was a return to the podium for the first time since 1975, with a bronze medal match over Argentina, coming back from 2-1 down to win in five sets.
