This set contains all 12 clubs in the second-level competition in England with separate home and away team ratings, and team cards including try scorers and individual goal kicker ranges, as well as control charts for both home-and-away and neutral venue matches.
 
Also included are adjustments if you want to play matches between the First and Second League teams. These are based on the cup competition played during the season, and team ratings for this competition and corresponding control charts (no team cards) are also available in a separate file. Bear in mind that most of the First League clubs played secondary lineups in the cup competition, which might misrepresent the true differences between each league. Cambridge and Chinnor were not qualified to this competition, but have had ratings added based on their league ratings.
 
Although Coventry started out the season hot, Ealing retained the second-tier title with 19 wins and 99 points, finishing 13 points clear of Bedford. The only eligible club for promotion, Doncaster, finished third, so no teams were promoted. No teams were relegated either, allowing Cambridge to remain in the division for next year, as the league expands to 14 clubs.
