This set contains the four semi-final colleges that competed at the Men's Division I/Division II Tournament. Teams are rated solely based on games played at the tournament. All teams have team cards and team ratings, as well as scorers cards, which use points totals for the whole season to be filled out (13 players maximum).
 
Due to naming rights rules, only teams with geographical names are included in full. Those with partial geographical names will have an abbreviation for the rest of their individual school name, while those who do not have any geographical name will have it abbreviated in brackets, and the location of the school and the state abbreviation listed instead.
 
California-Los Angeles won back-to-back titles, and their 21st overall, beating the home court Long Beach S three sets to one in the national championship. Both teams had needed five sets to make it there, with the eventual champions beating California-Irvine, and the eventual runners-up beating Grand Canyon.
