This set contains all eight teams from the second level Japanese League, along with information to play the Promotion/Relegation Series matches with the bottom two First League teams. All teams have full team cards, with try scorers and individual goal kicking ranges, with the set also including control charts for both home-and-away and neutral venue matches.

Aichi again finished top of the Second League, but also again failed to knock off a First League club in the promotion/relegation trial - this time Sagamihara. And surprising second placed Kotō suffered the same fate, losing to perennial First League strugglers Urayasu.

There will be changes at the bottom as both Kamaishi and Hino will be replaced in 2027 by Third League winners Hiroshima, and second placed Sayama.
