This set contains full team cards for all 13 clubs in the second-level league in England and France, with each team receiving separate home and away team ratings, as well as individual try scorers and goal kicker ranges.
 
Also included are adjustments for matches played between the Second League clubs and the English League.

The original plan for play-offs to determine the final three clubs in the Second League for 2026 were scrapped when it was announced the Third League clubs would compete in a merged competition.
