This set contains full team cards for all 11 clubs that started the third-level league in England and Wales, with each team receiving separate home and away team ratings, as well as individual try scorers and goal kicker ranges.
 
Also included are adjustments for matches played between the Third League clubs, and separately each of the English League and Second League.
 
North Wales were league champions after they finished top of the table, one point ahead of Workington - their first title since 2013, but no playoffs were played when the originally planned series for the top four clubs against the bottom four in the English Second League was scrapped, and all ten remaining clubs were to be merged into a combined competition in 2026.
 
It was only ten as Cornwall's four season run in the league came to an end, when after three matches, the club resigned from the competition and sadly disbanded as a club. This final set for them contains ratings based on those matches they did play.
