This set contains all 11 teams with full team cards including try scorers and individual goal kicker ranges, separate home and away team ratings, along with control charts for home-and-away and neutral venue matches.
 
Once again the four semi-finalists were all from New Zealand, showing the differences in competitiveness between the two countries, but after Wellington edged out Waikato with both clubs winning 11 of 14 matches, after a playoff series full of one-sided matches, so was the final, as Wellington took apart Waikato 60-5, to win a second title after 10 years from the first one.
 
For Waikato it was an incredible fourth straight loss in a final having lost to Canterbury twice and Auckland once before this one. This will also be the last season for Moana Pasifika, after finishing last on the table, the club's long-term lack of a fanbase saw them choose to withdraw and close the franchise. The league's continued contraction will now see only 10 clubs in 2027.
