Following a request by a Precision Volleyball information collector, Precision Volleyball comes with separate set versions where no colour remains (black and white text only) and all flags have been removed. The corresponding write-up for this non-colour version (NCV) follows:
 
This set contains all 18 countries that competed in the top-level international league competition held across the world, with all including team cards and team listed ratings, as well as scoring cards (maximum 13 players listed).
 
Japan went 12-0 in the league phase, but after dispatching hosts China, lost twice in a row to the United States - who came from 2-1 behind - and then Slovenia to finish fourth.
 
The US men made their first final since 2023, and it was again versus Poland. And the Polish continued their dominance in the final, but only after themselves falling 2-1 down, before winning the decider 15-10 for back-to-back titles, and third in four years.
 
As China were hosts, despite finishing last it meant Canada were relegated from the competition. Both teams only won once anyway.
