Hello again everyone.
This month, we have seven new releases across five games. After the list of new releases, I have a couple of additional items to ask/talk about (nothing serious).
For Precision Rugby 15s Edition, the just completed Men's 2024 European 6-Country Tournament (won by Ireland) is now out for £3.
We also have two more Olympic sets, this time for Athens 2004. For Precision Field Hockey, a full play set with simplified play module ratings, and for Precision Handball, a full play set with basic cards as well as full ones, and also including the optional attack/defense split team ratings. The remaining set for our range of games, Volleyball, may come along at a later date, as it requires some estimations with missing data. Both sets are out for £4.75 each.
For Precision Volleyball, the two 2021 Nation League tournament sets are finally out after I forgot I was doing this year's main events. So the men's tournament, and the women's tournament, are available for £4.75 each, and the NCV sets for men and for women are also out, as usual.
And finally, for PSG Down Under Football, some old time seasons are out, with the 1993 season available for £6.50, which was one of the tightest seasons on record, and the 1944 season for £4.75, where the Fitzroy club won their final premiership. As we are really stretching the estimations back to a time long ago, I've decided to lower that season's price.
That is it for our new releases this month. Hopefully there is something you may like here. Thanks for reading anyway.
Also this month, I've been asked via a message to once again contemplate creating second division sets for Precision Rugby 15s Edition. As with everything, doing more sets means more time required for me to do everything. I have considered in the past both England (especially with the now-defunct Jersey club winning the second tier last year) and France. If there is any interest in something like that, and especially if there is anyone or a group of people interested in collecting the data required to create any not offered competition like these, please let me know.
Secondly, I have once again been trying to create a way to relaunch Precision Archery, now that the only realistic way of creating new sets is to use average arrow score, as - seemingly one person already found - collecting the shot-by-shot scores from every match is way too arduous, especially for the return. I will leave below the link to my combined 2019 data for recurve and compound. I have tried both finding a way of manually creating cards by manipulating the ranges - however I can't think of how to keep it realistic, and to find a formula that would automatically change the ranges with an inputted score. If anyone would like to take a look at the data, or knows how to proceed, I would be very grateful.
If nothing, then all I can add to end is I hope there will be more new sets released for you in a month's time.
All the best,
Paul.
